We’re excited to roll out a new set of updates designed to give club administrators and front desk staff even more control and visibility over visits and guest credits within the Member Splash system. Here’s a look at what’s new in this release:
🗑️ Delete Visits — With Automatic Guest Credit Restoration
One of the most requested features is finally here! Club staff and Board members now have the ability to delete visits directly from the Front Desk → Visits screen.
How it works:
- Look for the kebab menu (the three vertical dots) to the right of any visit listing.
- If your user role has been granted permission, you’ll see a Delete option.
- Selecting this opens a window showing all visitors who checked in together.
- Deleting a guest visit will automatically return any deducted guest credits to the associated account.
- An entry will also be added to the Audit Log at the account level to track this action for accountability.
Access Control:
By default, this ability is granted to the Board user role. However, club admins can extend this permission to other roles via the Admin → User Roles screen.




🔍 New Filter by Checkout Time Option
For clubs using the check out feature, it’s now easier to see who’s currently at your facility. You can sort visits by the Checkout Time column on the Visits screen.
Pro tip:
If you don’t see the Checkout Time column, look for the Columns icon at the top right of the table view to control which columns are visible and adjust their display order.
✅ Check-in Code Improvements
We’ve made several enhancements to the check-in process:
- The check-in screen will now show a visible error message if there’s an issue recording a check-in.
- The system now audits any guest credits used during a check-in for improved reporting and tracking.
🐛 Bug Fixes & Backend Updates
This release also includes several technical improvements:
- Multiple PHP warning messages have been eliminated.
- Resolved a Layer Slider file error associated with the Enfold theme.
