Member Splash Concierge Services — Client Agreement

By requesting any Member Splash Concierge Service, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. Please read carefully before submitting your booking request.

1. Scope of Services
Member Splash Concierge Services are professional, one-time setup and configuration services performed by the Member Splash team on your behalf. Services are scoped as described at the time of booking and do not include ongoing support, maintenance, or changes beyond what is specified. Any work outside the agreed scope will require a separate booking and fee.

2. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all necessary information, access, and materials required to complete the requested service in a timely manner. This includes but is not limited to: data files, login credentials, content, images, and timely responses to our team's questions. Delays caused by incomplete or late submissions may affect your delivery timeline.

3. Service Fees & Payment
All Concierge Services are subject to the fees listed at the time of booking. Payment is due upon booking confirmation. Work will not begin until payment has been received. All fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

4. Turnaround Time
Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of booking and begin upon receipt of payment and all required client materials. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity, completeness of materials provided, and current support queue volume. Member Splash is not liable for delays resulting from incomplete client submissions.

5. Revisions
Each Concierge Service includes one round of revisions based on the original scope. Requests for additional changes beyond the original scope or after revisions have been completed may be subject to additional fees.

6. Data & Account Actions
For any service that involves modifications to your Member Splash account data — including but not limited to data imports, configuration changes, or content updates — you acknowledge that some actions may be irreversible. It is your responsibility to export and retain backups of any data prior to requesting such services. Member Splash is not liable for data loss resulting from approved account actions.

7. Authorization
By signing below, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of your organization and have the authority to request and approve services on behalf of your club or association, including any associated fees.

8. Limitation of Liability
Member Splash Concierge Services are provided in good faith based on the information and materials supplied by the client. Member Splash is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in question.
