What's the difference between Essentials and Premium?
Essentials is a complete operational platform — everything you need to run your season from day one. Premium adds a professionally built WordPress website, advanced Gravity Forms, sponsorship revenue tools, staff scheduling, blogging, and full content migration. If your club wants a polished web presence and tools to actively grow revenue, Premium is built for that.
How does the waitlist annual renewal fee work?
You can charge applicants an annual fee to hold their place in line — turning your waitlist from a passive list into an active revenue stream. Applicants pay each year to stay in queue, which also signals genuine intent and reduces no-shows when a spot opens. No other platform in the swim club space offers this.
What are Splash Cards?
Splash Cards are virtual wallets tied directly to member accounts. Load funds once and members can spend at the snack bar, pro shop, or anywhere you have POS set up — no cash, no card swipe needed. On Essentials, each account gets one shared family wallet. Premium unlocks individual cards per family member, so you can assign a separate Splash Card to each child with their own balance and spending limits.
Can members check in themselves?
Yes — on the Premium plan. The new Member Splash Web App 2.0, launching in 2026, lets members self check-in and make reservations directly from any smartphone. No app store download required. Both plans include full staff desk check-in with photo ID and barcode scanning.
What can I make reservable and charge for?
On Essentials, you can set up one paid reservable facility — a deck, clubhouse, or any space you choose. Premium removes all limits. Courts, swim lanes, tennis lessons, tables, chairs, cabanas, picnic areas — if your club has it, you can make it reservable and charge for it. Each space can have its own pricing, availability windows, and booking rules.
Is support really free?
Always — and it never sleeps. Every plan includes 24/7 access to Splash Bot, our interactive support assistant that can guide you through most questions live, right when you need it. When something needs a human touch, our ticketing system puts you in queue and most responses come back through your support queue or by email. No paid tiers, no premium help packages, no surprises — ever.
Are there really no add-ons?
None. Both plans are flat annual fees. The only additional cost is the one-time setup fee, which covers your data import, pricing structure build, and staff training. After that, your price is your price.
