A lifelong swimmer, technology entrepreneur, and self-taught software developer, Jamie Currie combined his passion for aquatics and innovation to found Member Splash, a leading SaaS membership management platform serving hundreds of swim clubs, tennis clubs, HOAs, and pool management companies across the United States.
Since launching the company, Jamie has guided Member Splash from a single-club solution into a trusted platform used by organizations in more than 30 states. As Founder and CEO, he continues to lead product strategy, innovation, and long-term growth while maintaining a relentless focus on customer feedback and operational excellence. His vision has helped Member Splash become one of the most respected and recommended platforms in the club management industry.
Melanie Currie
With a background in professional development and association management, Melanie Currie has played a pivotal role in Member Splash since its earliest days. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, she oversees operations, customer experience, administration, and the strategic initiatives that keep the company growing and running smoothly.
Over the years, Melanie has helped guide Member Splash from a startup into a trusted platform serving hundreds of clubs nationwide, while maintaining a strong focus on service, efficiency, and customer success.
Outside of work, Melanie’s favorite role is being a mom. Much of her free time is spent keeping her and Jamie’s young children entertained, active, and—most importantly—alive.
Erik Wurster
Erik comes to us with 20+ years of experience driving growth, revenue performance, and operational excellence across Fortune 500 brands and high-growth technology companies. At Member Splash, he leads strategic growth initiatives spanning sales, marketing, products, customer experience, and digital strategy—aligning people, processes, and technology to drive sustainable growth and industry-leading customer retention.
Outside of work, Erik enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids in sports, and exploring the outdoors whenever the opportunity arises.
Katie Dalziel
A Member Splash customer turned team member, Katie brings firsthand experience with the platform and a background in hospitality technology, account management, and customer success. As Director of Customer Success, she leads the onboarding, support, and development teams while overseeing customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term success across the Member Splash community.
Katie is passionate about building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping clubs get the most value from the platform. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Most weekends you’ll find her on a sports field sideline, cheering on her kids, or tackling her latest DIY project.
Erin Wurster
With a background in luxury hospitality, real estate operations, and project coordination, Erin brings a customer-first mindset to every interaction. Drawing on her experience with The Ritz-Carlton, she is passionate about creating exceptional experiences and helping clubs transition smoothly to Member Splash.
As Onboarding Manager, Erin works closely with new clients to guide implementation, solve challenges, and ensure every club starts the season with confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her kids at sporting events. She is often found volunteering as the "team mom" or helping in her children’s classrooms.
Ibby Fariat
As Member Splash’s Lead Developer, Ibby combines deep technical expertise with a strong focus on user experience to build, maintain, and continuously improve the platform. From front-end interfaces to back-end architecture, integrations, performance optimization, and complex feature development, he plays a critical role in bringing ideas to life and ensuring the reliability of the software clubs depend on every day.
Known for his versatility and problem-solving mindset, Ibby thrives on tackling complex challenges and transforming them into intuitive, scalable solutions. When he‘s not building great software, you’ll likely find him walking along the Jersey City waterfront and taking in the New York City skyline.
Zack Guerrero
With more than 15 years of experience in web development, cloud computing, and Linux systems, Zack combines deep technical expertise with a passion for user experience. Specializing in React, serverless architecture, and interface design, he focuses on refining every detail of the Member Splash platform to ensure new features are intuitive, reliable, and easy to use before they ever reach customers.
Having spent nearly a decade in user experience design, Zack is driven by a simple goal: making technology more accessible and enjoyable for the people who use it every day. Outside of work, he enjoys flying drones and spending time with his five dogs, including a Great Dane, two huskies, a chihuahua, and a corgi mix.
Naveed Cheema
Naveed is a full-stack developer with experience across web and mobile platforms, specializing in building scalable, user-focused solutions. With a strong foundation in modern frameworks and a passion for clean, efficient code, he brings versatility to every project he works on.
Known for his problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, Naveed enjoys tackling complex technical challenges and turning them into reliable, intuitive software. Outside of work, he has a keen interest in hardware and home energy systems, often spending time configuring and optimizing his own setup.
Kushal Nigam
Kushal is a technology professional with more than a decade of experience helping organizations design, build, and scale software solutions. He has experience in product development, cloud platforms, process improvement, technical consulting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Kushal enjoys turning complex challenges into simple, effective solutions that create meaningful value for customers and teams alike. He believes that successful technology initiatives are built on strong relationships, clear communication, and a deep understanding of business needs.
Outside of work, Kushal enjoys traveling, gardening, staying physically active, and exploring new ideas. He finds fulfillment in helping others, learning from different experiences, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
