You’ve been using Batch Reports — but now, we’re taking it to the next level. As of July 23, 2025, the Batch Reporting experience for ECRYPT has been significantly enhanced in your Member Splash system.
Access it anytime under:
Finances > Batch Reports
🔍 What’s new in this release:
A cleaner, more intuitive layout
A default Year-to-Date range (with easy customization)
Summary view of each batch with Batch #, Date, Sales, Refunds, Voids, Gross, Refunds, and Net
A new ability to drill into individual batches to see full transaction details:
Payment method, last four digits, type, amount, and customer name
Click into any row for a full order or form-level breakdown — including selected product options, quantity, and pricing
📈 This upgrade gives you deeper insight, faster reconciliation, and more transparency — all in one place.
💡 If your club is using ECRYPT, We are currently adding the reporting keys to each individual club’s system. While they may not appear immediately, they will be enabled shortly.
