MemberMail Status Update: Email Delivery & SendGrid Reporting Issues

✅ Resolved – We have successfully deployed an update from our development team that addresses the reporting discrepancy in the MemberMail dashboard. The issue is now confirmed as fully resolved.

Status Update – Inaccurate Reporting in MemberMail Dashboard – February 3, 2025
🔄 Investigating – We are still investigating the cause of the inaccurate reporting in the MemberMail dashboard. While email deliveries remain unaffected, the dashboard continues to show fewer delivered emails than what is actually being sent.
We are actively working with SendGrid to determine the root cause of this reporting discrepancy and will provide further updates as we learn more.

Status Update – Email Deliverability Issues – January 29, 2025
✅ Resolved – Emails are confirmed as being delivered without issue.
Issue Summary
We received reports of some MemberMail emails not being delivered. We quickly identified the issue and reached out to SendGrid, who had unexpectedly blocked the email sending for some (not all) email campaigns through our MemberMail platform. After working with them, we were able to get the block lifted, and emails started slowly being delivered.
This issue was only affecting some campaigns and not all and it is unclear as to why.
However, while emails are now being successfully sent and received, SendGrid’s reporting is now not updating properly in Membersplash Dashboard, causing a discrepancy in the numbers of Delivered Emails being reported. The dashboard is showing fewer delivered emails than what is actually being sent, which has understandably led to confusion for our users.
